Ryan is an experienced trial lawyer dedicated to protecting the rights of those who have been harmed by the careless acts of others. Ryan primarily specializes in personal injury litigation in South Bend, Indiana and throughout the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan, with a particular focus on motorcycle accidents and catastrophic accidents.
Ryan graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2009 with honors and is a former partner in one of America’s largest law firms, where he gained extensive experience in complex litigation. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers® and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100®. He teaches deposition skills as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame Law School, serves on the St. Joseph County Bar Association Board of Governors, and volunteers his time in various ways in the South Bend area.

Personal Injury, Product Injury and Premises Liability
Ryan represents the legal interests of people who have been injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and by defective or recalled products. He also represents plaintiffs in premises liability cases, including slip and fall or trip and fall cases, and wrongful death actions.
Whistleblower (Qui Tam) Claims
Ryan represents whistleblowers who witness and report fraud against the government.
Class Actions
Ryan has significant experience with class action practice, including class certification and class settlements. Class actions can secure justice for a class or group of individuals who have been treated improperly, such as victims of unfair trade practices.
Mass Torts
Ryan represents the rights of plaintiffs in mass tort cases, where there are a large number of claims related to a single product or event, such as a defective product that injures a lot of people.
Contingent Fee Business Litigation
Ryan also combines his considerable experience as a business lawyer and former business owner to represent selective clients as plaintiffs in contingent fee commercial lawsuits and business litigation.
